1) What is the Leadership Team Hub?
The Leadership Team Hub is an application within myBNI that allows Chapter Leadership Teams to record Chapter Success Meeting (CSM) notes using a digital form. Key fields automatically populate with information from BNI Connect, reducing manual data entry.
2) How do I access the Chapter Success Meeting form?
Log in to www.mybni.com, select the Leadership Team Hub tile, and open the Chapter Success Meeting Form tab.
3) Where can I find saved or submitted CSM forms?
The CSM Forms Overview page displays saved and submitted forms. The actions available depend on your role.
4) Who can create, edit, delete, view, or print CSM forms?
| Role | Create | Edit drafts | Delete drafts | View | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| President | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Vice President | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

5) How do I create a new CSM form?
If your role allows you to create forms, select the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner of the CSM Forms Overview page.
6) Can I edit or delete a submitted form?
No. Once submitted, the form is locked and cannot be edited or deleted. Contact your Regional Office if changes are needed.
7) Do I need to select the Country, Region, and Chapter?
No. These fields automatically populate based on your Chapter details in BNI Connect.
8) Is the Note Taker field required?
Yes. If the Note Taker field is blank when you attempt to submit the form, the message “Please fill this field” appears.
9) Which meeting dates can I select when creating a form?
The Meeting Date calendar allows dates only from the current month or the previous month.
10) Can I create a form for the current month if the previous month’s form is still a draft?
No. An existing draft for the previous month must be submitted before you can create a form for the current month.
11) What happens to carried-forward information if a month is skipped?
Information carries forward from the last submitted form. For example, if a form was submitted in March, April was skipped, and a form is created in May, the information from March carries forward to May.
12) Can I create a form for a skipped month?
Yes, if the skipped month is the previous month. For example, you can create an April form during May. Once that previous month’s form is created, it must be submitted before you can create a form for the current month.
13) How do I record who attended the meeting?
Select Members from the In Attendance dropdown list.
14) Why does a Member with multiple roles appear only once in the attendance list?
The attendance list displays each Member once, with a single role, to prevent duplicate entries.
15) Do action items from the previous meeting carry forward?
Yes. In the Vice President section, Review action items from the last meeting automatically includes all action items from the previously submitted form, together with their section headings.
16) Where do the “Goal for end of last month” and “Result achieved” figures come from?
These fields pull information from Chapter Goals in BNI Connect. The goals must be entered in BNI Connect for the information to appear in the form.
17) Where does the Secretary-Treasurer’s Previous Balance come from?
The Previous Balance automatically populates with the Current Balance from the last submitted form.
18) Where does the “Visitors in the Last Month” information come from?
The information comes from the Chapter Visitor Report in BNI Connect. It includes the visitor’s name, business category, and who invited them. Visitor details and contact details need to be recorded in BNI Connect.
19) Can I manually add or edit visitors in the CSM form?
No. The Visitors in the Last Month field automatically populates from BNI Connect and cannot be edited manually.
20) Do visitor numbers entered in PALMS populate the visitor section?
No. Visitor numbers entered in PALMS are not used for this field. The form uses visitor information from the Chapter Visitor Report in BNI Connect.

In the Community Building Specialist section, Number of New Members Last Month and Number of Members Dropped Last Month automatically populate from the relevant BNI Connect reports. These fields cannot be edited manually.

The form subtracts the number of Members dropped last month from the number of new Members last month:
New Growth Last Month = New Members Last Month - Members Dropped Last Month

Under Progress in the Mentor Coordinator section, the form automatically lists Members who joined the Chapter within the last three months. The information comes from BNI Connect and cannot be entered or edited manually.

The form automatically lists Members whose renewals are due in the next two months, using information from BNI Connect. These fields cannot be entered or edited manually.

No. The form follows the same workflow as before, with pre-filled information reducing the amount of manual entry required.

Send feedback, recommendations, and enhancement requests to support-lthub@bni.com.
