Insights Data Refresh Schedule Overview
Data displayed in Insights is refreshed on a scheduled basis and is not updated immediately when activity is entered in BNI Connect.
Different reports and metrics are updated at different intervals.
Daily Updates
Most Insights data is synchronized from BNI Connect once per day.
This includes:
- PALMS data
- Member counts
- Chapter statistics
- Other operational and reporting metrics
Important
- Data is refreshed during the daily synchronization process and may not appear immediately after it is entered in BNI Connect.
- Only changes made within the most recent 90 days are included in the daily synchronization.
- Updates to records older than 90 days may not be reflected in Insights.
Monthly Updates
Some reports are updated only once per month.
Member Traffic Lights (MTL)
Member Traffic Lights are refreshed once per month on the 2nd day of the month (IST).
Changes to PALMS data, referrals, visitors, or other activities do not affect MTL scores until the next monthly update.
Other Monthly Metrics
The following reports are also updated monthly:
- Revenue Received
- CARE
- Retention
- First-Year Retention
- Conversion
- NPS (Net Promoter Score)
