How Metrics Are Measured
Some metrics are calculated as weekly averages, while others are counted across the full 6-month reporting period.
Calculated Per Week
The following metrics are calculated on a per-week basis:
Metric
---
Attendance
1-2-1s
CEUs
Referrals Given
Calculated Over the 6-Month Period
The following metrics are calculated as totals across the 6-month reporting period:
Metric

Data Refresh Timing
Member Traffic Lights is updated monthly.
The report is refreshed on the 2nd day of each month. This allows time for activity from the previous month to be submitted before the report is generated.
Once the report is refreshed, it remains static until the next monthly refresh. Late submissions will be reflected in the next refresh cycle, not in the already-published report.
