2025-12-13 - BNI+ Updates and Password Resets

A few weeks ago, we shared a list of members impacted by upcoming BNI+ changes. Here’s a reminder for next week:1. Password Reset

• Leaders in regional roles overseeing multiple chapters will need to reset their passwords. They will create a new password on first login.
• Chapter Leadership Teams do not need to reset passwords.
• Those resetting passwords will retain access after creating a new password.

2. Users Losing Access

Members on the previously shared list who:

• Are active in BNI+ but not listed in BNI Connect, or
• Have special roles in BNI+ that don’t exist in Connect

• ➡️ Will lose access to ensure accurate roles and permissions.

3. Regional Leaders

• NDs, EDs, and DCs managing multiple nations/regions/chapters will now see all areas in one login.
• No need to switch accounts.

4. Leadership Updates

• Any role changes in BNI Connect, including 6-month chapter transitions, will sync to BNI+ on an hourly schedule (or within a few hours).

Action Needed:

• Ensure all Leadership Teams are aware of these updates.
• Remind impacted leaders (regional roles overseeing multiple chapters) to reset passwords on December 13th.
