I’m excited to share that the BNI+ & Connect Integration (PALMS) release went live on November 8th — and the rollout was a success.
This milestone marks a major step forward in aligning BNI+ and BNI Connect, streamlining PALMS data flow, and enhancing the experience for leaders and members worldwide.
Thanks to your feedback, testing, and continued collaboration, we’ve delivered this release smoothly and on schedule.
Highlights from the Release
1. PALMS Integration
PALMS data now syncs hourly from Connect.
Regional-level configurations have been simplified and manual entry removed.
Emails requesting PALMS submissions have been discontinued.
Metrics are now read-only, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Historical PALMS data (one year) has been imported into BNI+.
2. Bug Fixes & Enhancements
Profile Pictures: Standardized square images for consistent display.
Slides: Fixed broken layouts across all presentations.
Reset Options: Added a quick way to revert meeting agendas and slide settings to default.
Chapter Display Name: Introduced a short-name option for clearer presentation.
TYFCB Formatting: Large figures now display in localized short forms (e.g., 13M or 1.3Cr).
3. Streamlined Metrics Display
Updated views: Last Week, Last Month, YTD, and 12-Months.
Combined RGO + RGI into one “Referrals” category.
What’s Next
ROLES Integration is scheduled for release on December 13th.
