IMPORTANT NOTE: BNI Business Builder is a third party platform hosted by our friends over at Schoox.com. We sync our user database with theirs ONCE DAILY. Your account in BNI Business Builder is created 1-2 business days after your account is activated in BNI Connect. We currently do not have Single Sign On (SSO) so they maintain their own passwords.
Please follow the instructions below to reset your password on either the desktop or mobile version.
The general steps are:
- Go to www.bnibusinessbuilder.com
- Click the forgot password link
- Enter your email address associated with your account
- An email with a ONE TIME USE password will arrive within minutes
- Enter the one time use password and a new password
- We recommend LOGGING OUT and back in with the new password once to make sure it is set properly

Are you on a browser or the mobile app?
Enter the same email address associated with your account in BNI Connect and click the CAPTCHA. Press SUBMIT to proceed.
Did you receive the password reset email?
Great! Click the link to continue!
Once confirmed, a new password is sent
A one time use password will be in your inbox
Go back to www.bnibusinessbuilder.com and enter the 1 time use password and click LOG IN
Enter the temporary password again then a new password twice to confirm then click RESET PASSWORD to continue
We recommend choosing LOGOUT then log back in again with the new password again to confirm it is working. Also be sure to update and password management programs or keychains that you may be using on your system with the new password.
If you have not received the password reset email.....
- Please check your SPAM, JUNK or CLUTTER folders for an email from support@bniuniversity.com
- Go back and try your email address again, perhaps there was a typo last time
- Go back and try a DIFFERENT email address, perhaps you registered with one of your other emails
- CLICK HERE to submit a support ticket or email ticket@bniconnect.com
Launch the mobile app and click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link at the bottom under the SIGN IN button
Enter the same email address associated with your account in BNI Connect and click the CAPTCHA. Press SUBMIT to proceed.
This will send a password reset email only if the email address entered exactly matches an email address on file in our system. The email is sent immediately upon hitting submit.

Great! Click the link to continue!

Go back to www.bnibusinessbuilder.com and enter the 1 time use password and click LOG IN
Click OK to continue to the change password page
Enter the temporary password again then a new password twice to confirm then click RESET PASSWORD to continue
