Please follow the instructions below to reset your password on either the desktop or mobile version
The general steps are:
- Click the forgot password link
- Enter your email address associated with your account
- Click the link within the email
- Enter a new password
Are you on a browser or the mobile app?
Enter the same email address associated with your account in BNI Connect and click the CAPTCHA. Press SUBMIT to proceed.
Did you receive the password reset email?
Great! Click the link to continue!
Enter a new password twice to confirm it then click UPDATE PASSWORD to continue.
A password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character or number, and be at least 8 characters long.
If you have not received the password reset email.....
- Please check your SPAM, JUNK or CLUTTER folders for an email from @bniconnectglobal.com
- Go back and try your email address again, perhaps there was a typo last time
- Go back and try a DIFFERENT email address, perhaps you registered with one of your other emails
- CLICK HERE to submit a support ticket or email ticket@bniconnect.com
Launch the mobile app and click the FORGOT PASSWORD? link at the bottom under the SIGN IN button
Enter the same email address associated with your account in BNI Connect and click SUBMIT to proceed.
This will send a password reset email only if the email address entered exactly matches an email address on file in our system. The email is sent immediately upon hitting submit.
Did you receive the password reset email?
Great! Click the link to continue!
Enter a new password twice to confirm it then click UPDATE PASSWORD to continue.
A password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character or number, and be at least 8 characters long.
Return to the Mobile App and click the BACK TO LOGIN link
Log in with your new password!
