What is BNI Academy?
BNI Academy is BNI’s new learning platform, designed to support a simpler, more reliable, and more consistent learning experience. It will replace BNI Business Builder and serve Members, Directors, and Leaders across all regions.
This is more than a name change — BNI Academy is a new system built to better support how our global community learns and grows.
BNI Academy was developed in response to feedback from Members and Directors who asked for: Easier navigation and faster access to learning content A more reliable and consistent platform A clearer, more modern learning experience.

What is Changing?
- BNI Business Builder will be fully replaced by BNI Academy
- The platform will feature a new, more intuitive design
- Tutorials and guidance will be available to support users at launch
What is Staying the Same?
- Login through myBNI.com (no new username or password required)
- Access to learning based on role
- Course completion history will carry over
- Essential training content will be available at launch

What do Members Need to Do?
- No additional action is required before launch
- Complete any in-progress training before the blackout (February 7 - 15) or continue in BNI Academy after it launches on February 16 - all completed work will transfer automatically.
