I have posted in the app and I have thank you for close of business from 1-3-22 that is still showing in draft mode, where some have posted complete. I need to know why this is happening. This means my total business is not correct. Leadership team, does not know how to fix it.

When slips are entered, they are put into the PALMS report queue for the next upcoming meeting. Once the chapter VP has completed and submitted the weekly PALMS report entry (to mark attendance and enter additional data, such as paper slips), the slips status will be changed to "completed". This usually happens within a week of the chapter meeting. If there are additional slips from previous weeks still appearing as DRAFT, please speak with your VP, Director Consultant, or Regional Office to discuss getting those past reports submitted properly.
We have seen instances where a VP will open the report at the start of the meeting and submit at the end of the meeting. Any slips entered during the meeting are not updated on the report in this case. The VP needs to close the report to allow the slips to catch up, then open it again to submit.
Note: in the case of a cross chapter referral, 121 or TYFCB, this is also dependent on the other chapter completing their weekly PALMS report.

1) Log into BNI Connect website at www.bniconnect.com
2) Open up the Review My TYFCB/121/Referral reports on the home page
3) Export the report.
4) Send that to us as an attachment in a reply to this email.From there we can fully trace the details to see where it might be showing or not. Without that there is no good way to track it as we do not have access to those reports for the member, even as sysadmins .
