121 tracking not logging additional 121s

Logging 121s does not update the totals on the home page of the app.

  @andrew - these numbers will only update after the meeting report for the week has been submitted by your VP.  Here is a quick review:

  This has again become an issue where entered 121s do not show on the home page. It's confusing and concerning for new members especially.
