Referral Acknowledgement
I have given some referrals on the app that were not received by the other party. It would be good to have an acknowledgement button that the recipient could click to let us know that it was received that would also send us an email letting us know it was received. Then we could check back on them and resubmit or call them if we do not see that it was acknowledged

@mike - awesome suggestion! I know in the full web version we have the "referral tracking sheet" that shares the status between the giver and receiver. In addition, one thing that is on the list to happen later this year is notifications, which should ease the burden of receiving emails and fighting with spam filters and such. That said - we'll add your feedback to the list, if you have any more very specific ideas on how you would envision this, we'd love to hear them!

This notification feature needs to be an IMMEDIATE fix. I had an issue with my AC and assumed they received it. This app is useless without it. The third party non supported app gave notifications immediately. It removes credibility from the referral receiver if they do not contact right away. I've been promoting this app in my chapter and now I have to tell them to stop using it.

People forget to do tyfcb. It would be good if the system let the giver know if it has not been addresssed within a certain period of time.

This would be great.

@jeremy . I should be able to access a list of people who thanked me for closed business. If they’re going to stand up and thank me in front of everyone, why can’t I access the report on my own profile that shows me the name of the person and that they thanked me?
Doesn’t even have to say the name of the client or have a monetary amount. This is essential and needs to be added. Period.
It’s causing me a lot of headache and wasting my time trying to follow up to see who has thanked me. There have now been repeated cross chapter referrals who have forgotten to thank me. And I have to chase them down personally to find out what’s going on or to remind them. If I had a list, I could simply check it and see who. This feature needs to be added! Plain and simple. The answer above is not valid reason to omit such a needed feature and it appears that MANY of us are getting frustrated at the lack thereof.1
