How do I retake a training I have already completed?

Want to refresh your knowledge by watching a training again? You can reopen the content of a completed course from My Training.

The screenshots below use one course as an example. Follow the same steps for the course you want to review. Your available menus may differ.

1. Open your completed course

Log in to BNI Academy and select My Training. Find the course you would like to review and open it by clicking its title or Details, even if the course shows 100% completion.

2. Click the activity in the Course Outline

On the course page, find the Course Outline on the left. Click the activity name to open the training content again. A checkmark means the activity has already been completed; you can still click it to review it.

Tip: The course overview is not the video player. Select the activity in the Course Outline to reach the content.

3. Restart or resume the video

If the video asks whether you would like to resume, select Start from beginning to watch it again from the start. Select Continue watching if you prefer to resume from your previous position.

If no prompt appears, use the video player controls to play the video and move back to the beginning if needed.

For a course with several activities, repeat these steps for each activity you want to review.
