THE TEST MEETING

During a live online meeting, the president will share the presentation screen. It will be switched to full-screen and that is all attendees will see. The controller will typically be used on a secondary display or device as shown below:

For your convenience, the Deliver area of HOME provides a Test Meeting option that will place both controller and presentation in a single split screen.

You are encouraged to test your meeting prior to starting the live one.
