1. Navigate to Your Presentation: Open the presentation containing the slide you wish to convert to PDF.
2. Select the Desired Slide: Once inside the presentation, identify and click on the specific slide you want to save as a PDF.
3. Access the Print Dialog: Inside the slide window, click anywhere to ensure the window is active. Now, press Control + P (on Windows) or Command + P (on Mac). This action will open the print dialog box.
4. Choose the PDF Option: Within the print dialog box, look for the option that allows you to select a printer. Instead of selecting an actual printer, find an option labeled "Save as PDF" or something similar.
5. Save the Slide as PDF: Once you've chosen the "SAVE as PDF" option, proceed to save the selected slide as a PDF file. You may need to specify a location on your computer to save the file.
6. Verify the Saved PDF: After saving, navigate to the location where you saved the PDF file to ensure the slide has been successfully converted.
