GOALS MEETING CONTENT – BNI Connect Support - How Can We Help You?

Goals were created as a simple way of tracking the progress of chapter initiatives and drives.

Goals are managed by leadership and do not offer an option to be delegated to members like other meeting content. Login to BNI+ to access goals.

Leadership can also select the block from the HOME view or from the menu under Chapter > Goals.

Goals are described with a short title and description. They have measurable target defined as a number, percentage, or currency. When first created, you set a starting value and date.

For example, this goal of inviting 100 visitors has a target of a measurable number. Other examples of goals:

$1M in TYFCB
25% increase in membership

Once the goal is saved, updates can be added at any time. Updates consist of a date, a new value and a note.

GOALS WHILE DELIVERING THE MEETING

Chapter performance reports are presented during the Vice president's report.

When the Chapter Performance slide is selected, the controller will display options to select reporting periods which then display on the performance slides.
