🔐 Why Your Password Keeps Resetting (and How to Fix It)
If you find yourself repeatedly resetting your password for BNI Connect or MyBNI, the issue is usually not with the system—it’s caused by your browser or device password manager.
🚫 What’s NOT Happening
- BNI Connect does not have a “save login” feature
- Passwords do not expire automatically
- Passwords are not being reset by the system
🔄 What IS Happening
This is a common loop caused by saved passwords:
- You go to log in
- Your password manager fills in saved credentials
- Login fails (password is outdated)
- You reset your password
- You log in successfully
- ❗ Password manager does not save the new password
- You log out
- Later, you return to log in
- Password manager fills in the old password again
- Login fails → repeat the process
👉 This creates a continuous reset cycle.
🛠 How to Fix It
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Open Your Password Manager
If you use Google Chrome, go here:
(If you use another browser or device, open its password manager settings.)
Step 2: Delete the Saved Password
- Find the saved entry for:
- Delete the saved credentials
Step 3: Reset Your Password Again
- Go back to BNI Connect
- Complete the password reset process
- https://www.bniconnectglobal.com/web/open/forgetPassword
Step 4: Save the New Password
- When prompted, save the new password, OR
- Manually add/update it in your password manager
⚠️ Important
If your password manager does not save the updated password, the issue will continue—even after resetting.

✅ Key Takeaway
If your password keeps resetting, the cause is almost always an outdated saved password in your password manager—not the system.
