MyBNI Platform Demo and Updates
Jeremy demonstrated the new MyBNI platform, which provides access to BNI Connect, BNI Insights, and other resources. He showed how to log in using BNI Connect credentials and navigate the updated interface, which includes improved statistics visualization and a new help system. Jeremy mentioned that BNI Business Builder would be replaced by BNI Academy in about a week and encouraged attendees to register for the 2026 Global Convention in Monaco. BNI Member Search Techniques

BNI Academy System Updates
Jeremy discussed the plans to upload monthly Power of One reports to the new BNI Academy once the system is ready. He clarified that there is only one national application for BNI, and training lesson enrollments should transfer to the new BNI Academy system. Jeremy announced that next week's topics will focus on profiles in BNI Connect. AI Chatbot Access and Support
Jeremy explained that AI Ivan, a chatbot, is now available for all users and can be accessed through the My BNI page or BNI.com. He clarified that reporting to him is handled by a third-party application developed by Antonio in Portugal, which exports data from BNI Connect. Jeremy advised that if users cannot access the support site, they can email ticket@BNIconnect.com, and suggested turning off VPNs if experiencing login issues. He also addressed questions about regional shortcuts and search capabilities, explaining that searches can be conducted using free text, but users must include relevant keywords in their profiles for accurate results. Lastly, Jeremy instructed Prasad to submit a support ticket for troubleshooting issues with the My BNI app not displaying upcoming events.
BNI Connect and Plus Updates
Jeremy discussed several topics related to BNI Connect and BNI Plus. He clarified that there are no current plans for a public API for developers, and explained that multi-factor authentication is optional. Jeremy mentioned that AI features, such as assisting with one-to-one meetings, are under development. He also expressed interest in having guest presenters, including Antonio Jones, to discuss topics like BNI Plus. Finally, Jeremy addressed Christopher's question about POMS report timing and synchronization between BNI Connect and BNI Plus, explaining the hourly sync process and the 2-hour window for updates to appear.
