  Hello Jeremy, Can you please confirm that this is the latest document and there is no update in this. As I can see in BNI Business Builder at one of the Presentation on Attendance, it says, in policy no. 5 that maximum 3 substitutes are allowed in rolling 6 months. So I am confused and would like to have the latest Policy document.

  Dharmesh - that is a local policy and not a global one.  Countries are able to enforce stricter local standards as needed.
