If you have forgotten your password in BNI Connect you can reset it in just a few easy steps.

Step 1 - Click the Forgot Password or Username Link

Step 3 - An email will be sent to your inbox

Step 3 - Answer Your Memorable Question

Step 4 - Click the icon or link in the email

Step 5 - Choose a new secure password
