Franchisee confirms the strategy with management
- For an ED, the franchisee should speak with their National Director.
- For an ND, the franchisee should speak with Dave Collins or Rui Barros.
- The purpose of this conversation is to verify that the pricing strategy is sound.

Franchisee submits the Membership Fee Change Request Form BELOW

Support processes the request
- The support team will review the submitted request and update the new fees in the system.
Important Notes
- Future fees can be scheduled for any future date, whether that is one month out or two years out.
- Only one future fee can be established per pricing item.
- Fees can be established independently for:
- Country default
- Region
- Chapter
Pricing Items Currently Supported
Fees can be independently established for the following items:
- New Membership Application Fee
- 1 Year New Membership
- 2 Year New Membership
- 5 Year New Membership
- Renewal Late Fee
- 1 Year Renewal Membership
- 2 Year Renewal Membership
- 5 Year Renewal Membership

- Other pricing schemes may be possible, but they must be approved by HQ before implementation.
- Automatically recurring memberships, such as monthly or yearly recurring payments, are not currently available.
- A minimum of 3 business days’ notice is required for timely implementation.
- For larger-scale changes, such as updates across several independent regions, at least 10 business days’ advance notice is appreciated.
- If it is unclear whether management has been notified, Support may attempt to contact the national office or HQ. However, Support is not responsible for policing franchisee activity.
