BNI Application Process Needs Work
Hello, My sales team and I will be asking visitors in person if they’d like to walk through the Process of applying for membership. We use a QR code to get to the application. When a Visitor asks “How much does it cost to join?” It is too cumbersome to get to the pricing page (create password, username, email, find location, name of business, phone number, mobile number, company paid, etc.). It takes the momentum out of the sales process and we lose people. I recommend the pre-registration form just ask for name, email, and chapter so we can get to the pricing. I understand that verification of valid email is important, but when we are in person and not using the paper forms anymore, we are using the online application and its asking for too much info before the sale is actually made. Is there another fix to this?

@robert - thank you very much for this feedback. We have added this to our internal discussions for improvements in the future. In the meantime, you may wish to speak to your managing director about adding a landing page that has some of this "sales" information on it. You could use the QR code to get to that landing page then continue to the app if they want to proceed from there.
Hope this helps!
