Update Inviting Visitors from BNI App

In the picture below, it would be great to have the first row be "invite to my Chapter". There could always be an option to invite to another chapter, but the first thing should be to invite to MY chapter. My chapter should be pre-filled in, and if I need to search for a different chapter, then just like entering a cross chapter referral, I can search. 

(This issue came from a member in my chapter trying to use the app to invite.)
