@allan is correct - when a meeting is marked as holiday, all existing online slips already sitting in the draft report are pushed to the next meeting.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Robyn,

When this happen, you will use the function "Mark As Holiday" to indicate the meeting is cancelled. All data entered by members will be carried forward to the next open PALMS (next meeting in this case).

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Allan. As the VP I presented at our meeting immediately following our vacation week. The only data I could show was the total thank you for closed business since October of 2021 since the July data was pushed until the next week. Would it be possible to only zero out the attendance category yet maintain all of the other data in the exact week where we were on vacation? That way the meeting after the canceled meeting would have meaningful data as far as referrals, chapter education units, one to one, etc? Because everything was a zero at the second week of the month after canceling the first week of the month's meeting, it just was an awkward presentation.

    Hi Robyn,

This part of the system was built when physical meeting was in place. Theoretically, when there is no meeting, there is no way to present slips. Hence, the PALMS data is pushed to theĀ  next meeting to be presented. In that case, the numbers are for 2 weeks instead of one. That is the consideration in place. That is also why the marking of holiday MUST BE done before or on the week of meeting cancellation. If you do that AFTER one week and the following week PALMS is closed, all data will be pushed to the week after.

As for why your 2nd week data is zero, there must a glitch somewhere. The data should be zero just for the week that the meeting is cancelled. Please do double check the weekly PALMS. I am not a member of Global Support Team so I can't check for you. That said, you can always raise a ticket https://support.bniconnect.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Hopes this clear the confusion.
