In the meantime, I would recommend using the COMMENTS field to provide this detail to the referral recipient.

THE CHALLENGE: A member with retail locations received purchases by fellow members but has no clean path to recording the "Thank you for closed business". He doesn't run the cash register and there's no simple way to comb through purchases to find members. The result is the chapter loses on recording them and members lose the opportunity for their dollar value.
THE SUGGESTION: The edited screen shot is a suggestion about adding 2 fields. The first field tells the member receiving the referral "This transaction is already completed". The second field states the amount of the purchase.
The member receiving the referral may still have to click a button to confirm this is done, but I would providse a method to capture the data.
