  Agree, these are important features.  I would really like a way to log all my touchpoints, and encourage leadership team to log touchpoints with visitors, guests, and substitutes, because at some point all could be a potential member.

  It seems like it would be beneficial to have a complete log of who has reached out to a person, and I feel like the tools should empower Executive Directors and their team to maintain that information that could eventually feed into BNI Convert.
