Request to combineLife/Disablity insurance and Health insurance into one category the way it used to be.

We have a number of legacy chapters whose members were with BNI before these categories were split and it creates problems when searching for openings because they're still representing both categories but we can only link one category to them. 

We have yet to have a new inquiry ask if we just have a health opening or life/disability.  They always represent all three.

  @christine - happy Friday to you!  Kindly direct this request to the national director (currently Lisa Renz). This is not a technical issue but a policy consideration.  Hope this helps!
