Are we loosing money as a chapter and Region?

An idea for palms. Could it give a reminder that a referral has been sent. Have been checking my sent referrals, and they are still blank but yet I know the outcome is different. So if people are not updating how much is being lost in TYFTB and impacting not only our Chapters the region in general? Phil President Heroes Purley. UK
