Total RGI and RGO

  @jessica - kindly note that this is totalled for yourself on the home screen of BNI Connect and the Mobile app.  We will take a note to consider this for the Summary PALMS report as well.

  @kay - note that there are 4 columns in the PALMS - RGI, RGO, RRI, RRO to track inside vs. outside referrals given and received.  I believe @jessica would like Total Given (RGI+RGO)  and Total Received (RRI+RRO)

  There is a key difference between "given" and "received" referrals.  If someone is giving a lot of referrals and you're not seeing any closed business...... may be an opportunity to check the "quality and reality" of the referrals are giving.   If they are receiving LOTS of referrals,  and not giving very many.... big coaching opportunity.  Is this membe a "giver or a taker."  Hope this is helpful when you're suggesting the RG and RR be combined.
