Who are Green Pin members and what are the criterias to achieve a physical green pin

i want to know ,is it required to be in green zone for six months consecutively ie green in evey month of rolling pass 6 months to achieve green pin and recognition on bni slides or the member needs to be in green in rolling six months of traffic light report for the same?
