Managing substitutes

Hello,
There is a constant need for substitutes.
For the person needing one, finding a substitute often involves a significant amount of effort.
At the same time, acting as a substitute offers a way to get involved in a chapter.
It would be very beneficial if Connect included a feature allowing members to post when they need a substitute. This would give other members the chance to step up and contact the person making the request. It would result in fewer absences and create more opportunities to actively serve as a substitute in interesting chapters.
