BNI Connect Statistics reporting: Counting 1-to-1s, with a request: Separate in-chapter 121s from cross-chapter 121s
Good day, Team BNI Connect Global!
Trust you are well.
I trained incoming presidents over the week-end, and happened to discuss statistics reporting.
A question was asked about how 1-to-1s are counted for chapter reporting.
I shared my understanding, with a commitment to confirm with yourselves:
1. 1-to-1 between 2 chapter members: Counted once for chapter reporting, with both getting the count on their individual BNI Connect scores. Counted once for regional, national, and global, as being a single one-to-one, occurring between 2 BNI members.
2. 1-to-1 between cross-chapter members: Counted once each in both chapters, then only once at regional, national, and global levels.
If the above is correct, I would like to request an expansion of our chapter reporting, for BNI+ and BNI Connect purposes:
Separate in-chapter 1-to-1s from cross-chapter.
Rationale?
With in-chapter 121s, we strive for 2 referrals given per 1-to-1, one each way, in the chapter.
With cross-chapter 121s, we strive for 1 referral per chapter member (strive for 2, cross-chapter)
Over to you?
Looking forward to your feedback.
Regards, enjoy, accelerate!
Werner
