Journey for registering visitors/guests/substitutes

Hi there, the user journey to register a guest/substitute is quite confusing for several of our chapter members, as in the app one has to select ‘Visitors’ then ‘Register a Visitor’, and downstream from there they have the option to instead select Guest or Substitute.  It's confusing as Guests and Substitutes are distinct categories in their own right, and are not subcategories of Visitors.  As an idea, you could instead adjust the labelling to ‘Attendees’ and 'Register an Attendee', and in that section ask a question about if the attendee is a member at another chapter / if they're a substitute.

  @tom - the product team is looking at this whole visitor journey, as you suggest.  They will be working on updates to this in future releases. Thank you!
