No direct messaging in application and difficult/misleading icon on desktop.

I am unable to locate or find how to direct message in app on mobile. On desktop, I found it but it is a bell icon beside the profile picture in the top right. That icon is generally associated with notifications and does not lead one to believe that is where messaging is housed solely. Please let me know if there is a way to find the messaging capabilities in app. I think this is a feature that needs to be almost front and center. We’re making it harder for our members to build relationships efficiently and seamlessly.

  @tyrice - you are correct, the messaging in the system is underdeveloped.  This is on the radar for upcoming releases, so we hope it will be improved soon!  Thank you!
