Feature Request for BNI Insight System – Average and Median Metrics per Member

I really love the BNI Insight system; it is extremely helpful in supporting and guiding my chapters.

I would like to suggest adding "per member average" features. Specifically, whenever the system displays totals for 1-to-1 meetings, visitors, Thank You For Cash Business (TYFCB), referrals, etc., for a given period, it would be great to also see the average per member per meeting and per month.

This will give us a much deeper understanding of the chapter’s actual performance. For instance, seeing that a chapter completed 1,000 1-to-1 meetings in a year doesn't provide a complete picture without knowing how many meetings an individual member attended on average.

Additionally, whenever a monthly or per-meeting average is provided, it would be very useful to display the median as well.
