1 to 1 Report - some entries in "draft"

I am new to BNI and I have been entering my 1 to 1 meetings since May of 2026. 3 of my entries show “completed” and the remaining 11 entries are showing “draft”. I spoke with and s showed the printed report to several people in my chapter yesterday and no one knew what I was talking about - they had never seen the “completed” vs. “draft” status. 

I was told to re-enter the draft entries through the app. When I attempted to do so I received a warning that this would be a duplicate entry. 

Is there anything I should do to correct this? Thank you! Joan
