Note Section for Pending Applications- Regional Level

Hello! 

I would love if there could be a note section in BNI Connect for pending applications. For example, if an MD or DC has a touch point with a VP, we can add a short notation about the status (ex. Applicant went on vacation, MC will be interviewing them on 6/8). This way our office can see the touchpoint trails. It would also be helpful for the VPs to have an area to notate current application status. 

Additionally, it would be beneficial for MDs and the regional office to know when the most recent payment reminder was sent so as to not duplicate reminders or inundate the member.
