Applications Declined by Seats

Love the Power Search Mode.  I recently ran a report for declined applications and it did not have their seat listed.

As we try to start new chapters and want to find applications, especially for FIRM seats in existing chapters that were declined, we can reach out to them to see if they want to join a core group?
