PERSONAL TRAFFIC LIGHTS Reports Request (2026)

I would like to request the addition of a personal Traffic Lights view within MyBNI (both website and app), tied to the PALMS report.

Right now, members don’t have an easy way to see their individual standing in a visual format. The PALMS report is helpful, but it can be difficult for some members to interpret.

A simple personal indicator showing movement between gray, yellow, and green would make it much easier for members to understand where they stand and what needs attention.

Even a simple dashboard widget or progress bar tied to PALMS metrics would make a big difference.

This would support accountability, encourage consistent engagement, and help members take action sooner instead of falling behind without realizing it.

Currently, there is no clear place for members to view this information on an individual level unless it is shared at the chapter level. Adding this feature would make the system more user-friendly and actionable.
