These items were brought up to Chris Barr and she suggested I forward to corporate:

1-The New Video (1:51 minute) should be sent with visitor meeting registration not sent by VH.    Since people don’t necessarily open emails from people they don’t know or it may come as spam and get missed.

2-For someone registering for a meeting: a  #1-“member/observer” option to be added as opposed to #2-“visitor” without invite or #3- “visitor invited by”  and the space must be filled out so it can’t be left blank and they can’t be registered!  3 total options 

3-VH should be made aware of submitted application by corporate to eliminate redundant calls.   I understand that membership gets notice already.   I do not need access to it, just the facts.

Clearly, each suggestion makes sense and we look forward to the changes

  @jay - thank you so much for writing in!

  1) This is being piloted in some regions and if it is effective it will be more broadly distributed.  Your regional office may also choose to create their own template for the visitor registration in order to include it on a local level to your visitors.

  2) Thank you - this has been added to the list for consideration

  3) We are unable to do that in the current system setup due to GDPR compliance.  We will take this under further consideration for an alternate means of doing this.
