Remanding membership application for correction

Sometimes applicants make mistakes that need to be corrected before their application is approved. This may include names, membership lengths, or any other legally important elements. It is convenient if we can remand the application back to the applicant to allow correction without voiding the whole thing and starting from the scratch.
