BNI Connect OnLine Testimonial - Why don't some people have the "Give ?? a testimonial" or "Ask ?? for a testimonial"

    Ena - Happy Friday!  If the GIVE isn't there, it means that you may have already given them a testimonial and you can only give 1 per person.  Also - if they have ASKED you for a testimonial, the link to give will be under the requests.  If the ASK isn't there, you have already sent them a request.

    I was looking at this. I have done a testimonial on letterhead and it's a file on my phone etc. This allows me to write one in the app, not upload one on letterhead. I know I'd prefer to receive one on letterhead than a quick twtter style review. Can this be addressed as it's much easier and quicker to do as well.

    I received an email request from a member I did business with. I logged into BNIConnect to give her a request, but there is no 'Give' option.  Only the 'Ask' option.  I looked under requests and her request is not listed.  I tried on the mobile app.  Same scenario.  I looked at several other connections and can see the 'Give' option on their profile, but not on hers and I have not previously given a testimonial.
