Unable to key in the correct date for visitors

It will be good to be able to backtrack the date that visitors came as the only option is the current date even if it doesnt fall on your meeting day.

  @zoe - Allan is right  :- )  If you have a visitor that was not pre-registered, Please use the option for Operations>Chapter>Manage Visitors>Add a Visitor (after the meeting).

  Hi Zoe,

  As the system called "Visitor Registration Portal", it is designed to invite visitors to future meetings, and those meetings are set to fall on fixed day for each chapter. In such case that meeting is re-scheduled to other days, you can always inform your visitor of the actual day.

  As for backtracking, there is another function for Visitor Host to add those "missed" visitors in, but only VH and LT are able to access that function.
