Visitor Registration vague error message

I registered twice for the same chapter visit, same date, and received a generic message. As an ED I can see the registrations and saw that I registered twice. Regular members would not and this vague error message will be frustrating.

Please make a more meaningful error message, reflective of the specific situation.
