121 Report - with whom I didn't have 121 in the past X months
I thought it would be a great feature for members to have a report of members with whom they haven't done 121 say in the last 12/6months.
Maybe in the app – when you open a mobile up, you get a notification
»Hey there are 6 memerbs with whom you haven't had a 121 in over 6 months. Click bellw to see the list and setup 121 with them.«
