Better Meeting Management Options

As the secretary/treasurer, sometimes I have the need to rearrange speaker rotations for various reasons. It would be nice to have a much friendlier UI under "Manage Chapter Speakers" to change the dates of existing assignments. For example if I have next week's speaker drop out for some reason, and I have to move everyone up a week, there is not an easy way to do that. As far as I know, I would have to assign all speakers over again for the next six or so weeks.
