Visits from DCs get vanished
Hi
Our DCs are instructed to plan the monthly visits to their chapters in advance. We told them to register themselves as visitors via the app. I was informed by your support team, that future visits are deleted once one of them is marked as attended. For our DCs, but also for Substitutes (For example if i have vacation and send one of my good customers as substitute for both weeks, his second visit will be deleted after he attends the first) this should not happen. Please consider change to that behavior based upon the type of visitor.

Yes, I have found this frustrating even for visitors. If by chance they have been registered to visit again next week before the VH marks their attendance for the current week, then their future visit disappears too. this is not ideal. I hope it is prioritized soon.
