Editable chapter name of online applications

Hi, It would be great if the online applications could be editable on the chapter name by the Executive Directors. We often get applications only to find the seat is already filled in the chapter & then need to redirect the applicant to another chapter. Currently the applicant need to resubmit an application form at the new chapter which is both unnecessary & not professional. Thanks a million for the consideration! Blessings, Karin
