I am wondering if there is a plan to add in a place that members can voice concerns or submit a written complaint to the membership committee or Leadership, through the app or BNI connect.

  What is the protocol to remove a member after so many complaints ?

  @matthew - the protocol is to speak with your Membership Committee.  If your membership committee decides to remove the member, they should speak with their chapter Director or Executive Director before doing so.

  Has this been implemented yet? It has been 3 years since the suggestion was put forward. I have had bad experiences with several BNI members in my chapter. The system needs to account for honest feedback. Where can we raise our concerns?

  is there any support email id wherein a member can write a complaint for the mishandling of the chapter affairs
