BNI Director Consultant profiles should work fully not just partially

Currently when a director is assigned to a chapter we can complete their directors profile tab, this helps them to be listed as the director against their chapters on the public website.

But system emails relating to the chapters they look after still revert to the personal member email.

These two functions need to be separated out for our Directors.

It is not ideal for some BNI emails to go to their private address or some private emails to go to their BNI email account. They have a directors profile - it should be used for all items form the chapter they are director for not just the website data.

    @sarah - we agree that this would be a great improvement.  We have it on our list for prioritization against the many other efforts that we have scheduled and under consideration.

    As Sarah says this would be a useful improvement, it can cause real issues when our members start using the personal email addresses for DCs.

    I agree, with all as above. It would also be helpful as the director could then register as a guest with his/her director profile rather than personal member profile (which often causes confusion)

    I agree. To separate their personal email from BNI / Chapter related mail, I bought a Office 365 licence for every DC, but this should not be necessary if this could be provide within BNI. This also doesn't solve the problem to register as a guest when visiting the chapter as long they don't have a DC mail. 

    In fact the same happens when I register as an ED to visit a chapter, it's always related to my business and not to my ED function.

    Thanks De heer Ronny Van Baelen, I agree, its such a shame when a Director is in a sought after classification and tries to do the right thing but it may appear competitive at the chapter they look after by accident due to lack of ability or correct access in the system. This is such an important update that is well needed and overdue for all our BNI Directors who are leading their BNI Chapters.

    This is a much needed enhancement here in NZ.  Is it likely to happen any time soon?  I am surprised that it is not being requested by the GST for their company owned regions.....
