Registering subs
Morning, when registering subs on Connect the system generates the standard email notification to the top table and visitor host team advising them that a ‘visitor’ has registered. This is obviously very confusing for the team. Please can you look into updating the system so that when a substitute is registered the email generated refers to ‘substitute’ rather than ‘visitor’. @emma - Great News!!!! This is becoming available in the very next release of BNI Connect. The national office will be able to update these email templates to include the "VisitorType" in the notification. Here is how we will be implementing this in the US. If you do not see this in future emails, please contact your national office. Hope this helps!
